SHIPPING POLICY
We use FedEx as our standard shipping partner. FedEx shipping options are available to you during the Checkout Process. As needed, we can work with you directly to arrange a different carrier.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At INchrome, every print we produce is custom-made, uniquely crafted to your specifications. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If you believe there is a problem with your print—such as a production defect or a clear deviation from the approved file or specifications—please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
If we determine that we’ve missed the mark, we will, at our discretion, reprint your image at no cost to you. Our goal is to make sure you receive a print you’re proud of, and we’ll always do our best to make it right.
We encourage all customers to carefully proof their files and confirm sizing, cropping, exposure and color expectations before submitting for print. If you need guidance or a printed proof in advance, we’re happy to help.
